The Anabolic Diet Nutrition Plan!

This Anabole Diät Nutrition Plan is based on a daily calorie intake of 2050kcal. I personally always try to keep the macronutrient distribution of 60-65% carbohydrates, 30-35% protein and 0-5% carbohydrates. With my Anabolic diet nutritional plan is always a 5% margin installed in the macronutrient distribution . This gives me some room for food selection . Most importantly , the anabolic diet is always less than 30g of carbohydrates! This is the A & O.
